USDOT Truck Door Lettering Kit – Company Name & DOT Number Decals, Both Sides

Get your truck or trailer marked fast with a custom USDOT lettering kit: your company name and USDOT number (plus MC or other numbers if you choose) cut in crisp vinyl lettering for both sides of your vehicle. Self-apply in about 15 minutes per side.

What's Included

• Two matching decals, one for each side (driver and passenger)
• Lettering pre-spaced and pre-masked on transfer tape, so each side goes on in one piece
• Step-by-step application instructions
• FREE to-scale digital proof before cutting

Material

• Premium outdoor-rated cut vinyl (rated for several years outdoors), weather and wash resistant
• Letters only, no background, for a painted-on look
• Choose a high-contrast color for your paint: white, black, silver, red, yellow, and more

How to Order

1. Choose your kit and check out. Full payment is collected at checkout.
2. Send your legal or trade name exactly as registered with FMCSA, USDOT number, any MC/other numbers, city/state if included, truck color, and lettering color: email sales@saucendesign.com with your order number (questions? call or text 915-319-9596). A photo of your door helps us size it.
3. We send a free digital proof. Nothing is cut until you approve.
4. We cut, weed, mask, and ship flat, or pick up locally in El Paso, TX.

Good to Know

• Federal rules (49 CFR 390.21) generally require the carrier's name and USDOT number on both sides of the power unit, in a color that contrasts with the vehicle and readable from 50 feet in daylight. We cut numbers at least 2 in tall.
• You are responsible for confirming the wording and requirements for your operation; this is not legal advice.
