Starter Wrapping Class - Beginner Training

Duration: 3 Days (9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a lunch break)
Format: One-on-one training
Objective: Teach the fundamentals of vinyl wrapping for beginners

Course Outline:

Day 1 - Introduction & Basics

• Overview of vinyl wrap materials and tools
• Properties and behaviors of vinyl wrap (stretchability, adhesion, durability)
• Understanding different types of vinyl (cast vs. calendared)
• Surface preparation and cleaning techniques
• Basic hand skills: squeegee techniques, cutting methods

Day 2 - Application Techniques

• Heat application and stretch control
• Tack points and tension management
• Wrapping flat and curved surfaces
• Hands-on practice: Roof and hood wrapping

Day 3 - Finishing & Quality Control

• Corner wrapping techniques for a seamless finish
• Post-installation tips: Proper curing, aftercare, and maintenance
• Common mistakes and troubleshooting
• Final project: Wrapping a roof and hood
• Certificate of completion
